Zero tracking, Zero advertising cookies

At H2V Solutions, we respect your privacy. We do not use any advertising trackers, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics tools on this site.

Why this approach?

As IT experts and SaaS solution providers, we apply the same security and privacy standards that we recommend to our clients:

• No data collected: We do not track your browsing
• No resale: Your information is never shared with third parties
• No profiling: We do not create user profiles
• Natural compliance: Without data collection, no complex GDPR obligations arise

What happens when you contact us?

When you fill out our contact form, we only collect the information you voluntarily provide:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Company name (optional)
• Message

Legal basis: Explicit consent (by checking the box “I accept the privacy policy”)
Purpose: To respond to your contact request or quote
Retention period: Maximum 3 years after last contact
Recipients: H2V Solutions team only

Cloudflare Turnstile: Our only technical cookie

To protect our contact form from spam and bots, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly service.

• Not used for advertising
• Only serves to distinguish humans from bots
• GDPR compliant (processing available in the EU)

Hosting and Security

Your data is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare infrastructure, EU), a GDPR-compliant service.

• HTTPS encryption: All communications are secured via TLS/SSL
• EU-hosted data: No transfer outside the European Union
• Backups and redundancy: Protection against data loss thanks to Cloudflare’s distributed infrastructure
• DDoS protection and network security: Cloudflare ensures server and access security

No data outsourcing

Unlike many websites, we do not transfer your data to any external subcontractors.
Your information remains in our hands, on our servers in France/EU.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy. Any changes will be published on this page with a new update date.
